Program of a multi-year training cycle at the Sports Championship School.
The program of the long-term training cycle at the Sports Championship School is an indispensable instrument for managing the training of players preparing for the European Championships., the world championships and the Olympic Games. It includes both the training concept of the national team coach or the Polish Sports Association as well as the schedule of necessary organizational and training undertakings on the way to achieving the sports championship..
The program design process follows one of the basic planning principles, the principle of "from general to particular", first for the entire macro-cycle, and then for subsequent annual cycles that complete it, taking into account phasing, cyclicality and peridization as well as the phenomena of adaptation and super-compensation.
