Trening motoryczny

Trening motoryczny.

Hello, today I will try to describe to you what motor training is all about and what it really gives us.

Motor skills (Large) – it is the mobility of the whole body.

In the early 50s of the twentieth century, the best players ran the distance during the match 2,5-3,5 Miles, e.g.: Garrincha, Di Stefano, while at the beginning of the XXI century 12 do 14 Miles, e.g.. David Beckham – 11,8, Michael Owen – 12,3, Deco – 13,0 Miles. This example shows, what changes have occurred in football and how the demands on players have increased. The basis for the effective operation of a footballer during a football game are football skills. In turn, good motor dispositions: Strength, high-speed, strength and coordination provide a higher level of football skills. Therefore, it is obvious why so much importance is attached to motor preparation in training.. They should be related to the requirements, what is the impact of a football match, as well as to the requirements of preparation for the season. In both cases, it is about the development of such psychomotor dispositions., which will ensure that the player effectively fulfills the instructions given to him.

Traditional motor preparation of the athlete is based on the improvement of the aerobic mechanisms of the body and then anaerobic. The base of the training pyramid creates an activity that involves aerobic processes. Then, on the basis of aerobic strength, the remaining motor skills are shaped: anaerobic strength, speed, dynamic force.

A high level of aerobic endurance allows the player to get high activity in the match and maintain it for as long as possible in the match. This has a good effect on increasing fatigue and faster regeneration of the body during the match and after its completion.. It is the basis for a high and stable sports form. Extends the playing time in psychomotor comfort, which has an impact on maintaining the highest technical and tactical dispositions. After all, the right level of aerobic endurance is needed to increase the effectiveness of speed training., e.g.. to rebuild phosphocreatine resources after each sprint.

Traditional motor training focuses mainly on aerobic endurance, pushing the formation of dispositions to the background., which are necessary for a modern athlete – speed and strength in the form of short-term explosive efforts (wiped off, sprints, outbursts, Acceleration, slides). In the traditional concept of training, the proportion between endurance and speed efforts, explosive is unbalanced. This type of training does not stand the test of time. In the twenty-first century, the game of football requires subordination of endurance training to speed and strength training and greater attention to quality, not the amount of exercises used.
